Kronprinsessegade 26 is an office community right by Kongens Have in the heart of Copenhagen, across three floors of the main house and a charming former stables.

The street was laid out after the great fire of 1795, when the Crown gave a strip of the Rosenborg garden for a new street facing the park. Our house was designed by the architect J.H. Rawert and completed in 1806 - one of the calm, classical buildings that still give the street its character.

Today, advisers, lawyers, technology firms and creative studios sit side by side across the building's listed floors, carefully preserved with high ceilings, stucco and parquet floors.
